West Fork Property Maintenance provides professional lawn, pruning, and property maintenance services along the Oregon coast. Specific services, scheduling, and pricing are agreed with you before any work begins.
Initial consultations and on-site estimates are free and do not obligate you to any service. An estimate is not a contract; a service agreement is confirmed only when you accept the proposed scope and schedule.
We schedule visits at mutually agreed times. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as early as possible. Repeated late cancellations may affect your scheduled service slot.
Payment terms and accepted methods are confirmed with you before service. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due upon completion of each visit or per the billing cycle established for recurring service.
You agree to provide safe access to the areas being serviced and to disclose any hazards (pets, irrigation, underground lines, fragile plantings). We are not responsible for damage to undisclosed hazards or items left in the work area.
If you are not satisfied with a visit, contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right. Our goal is your long-term trust, not a one-time job.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the specific service performed. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from services provided.
